Kaiba as a Hakamo-o is slightly taller than the usual, particularly wiry but with strong arms and a deceptively powerful upper body. He has very light scuff and scratch scarring on his torso, with an odd, seeming puncture wound scar at his right flank. Do not ask him about it.
There's some scars under his massive scales, but as long as they're there to cover, then those don't matter! His only new scar is from tearing arm scales, and again, it's not visible.
His eyes appear sharper than the average Hakamo-o, if that's possible, and he carries himself with a self-assured stance, head and shoulders raised high. Other than that, he's a run of the mill Hakamo-o, with all the strengths and weaknesses that entails.
Pokemon instincts as of current include:
- Instinctive urge to hibernate in cold weather, leading to hyperphagia and the desire to create or find a suitable den. He can be revived from the onset with sustained warmth, but the symptoms will require time to subside in a controlled environment. He hates it! He's dealing with it during his first winter.
- Heightened physical aggression. Kaiba isn't a stranger to picking fights, but he does that with his intellect and usually through games. As a Pokemon however, he's more inclined to battle.
- Scale-clanging and grooming. He does this to assert dominance or as a self-soothe. Another way of "clanging" his scales which he's prone to is thumping his tail loudly on the ground while irate or otherwise riled up.

My only personal trigger is detailed hanging imagery. If warned for, I can tolerate it in text, but no detailed pics please! Rarely, I will approach the topic myself as desensitization, if you see this, then it's ok in that controlled environment.

I play Kaiba as post-manga/Yu-Gi-Oh: The Dark Side of Dimensions canon compliant. No anime filler arcs and anime exclusive behaviors, and some things that were written differently in the anime (i.e. Shizuka saving Jounouchi from drowning after his duel with Yugi during Battle City vs Kaiba dropping the handcuff key for him).

He's already used to hallucinating, we can thank Yami Yugi/Atem for that. That said, he has an incredibly strong will and won't be easy to manipulate if he knows someone's trying, and it'll even be hard if he doesn't.
