Hope: Kaiba doesn't quantify things with terms such as "hope", but at this point in his life, his greatest and most important goal is to shoot himself to the afterlife so he can get thatsalty runback final duel with Atem and achieve closure catharsis ULTIMATE VICTORY!! Hope is probably contained within the Pharaoh for this reasons. It definitely defines his totally normal and sane motives all throughout DSOD
Regret: Lashing out at and harming his brother within the period of time during which they were dealing with Gozaburo and ending in Death-T. He literally forgot what he did this all for, which was to give them both a home where they could be happy and realize their dreams. Becoming an abusive brother because he himself was abused by an adult was not the correct move, and although he's perfectly open, trusting, and caring about and towards Mokuba, he doesn't allow himself to forget that he alienated him, had no faith in him, called him a loser, and subjected him to the illusion of death out of spite. Seto will never repay that debt to his satisfaction.
Best Memory: Discounting his childhood memories and the joy of playing chess with his brother...Kaiba's fondest memory is probably his hug with Mokuba at the end of Duelist Kingdom. This moment holds deep significance for him, as it marks the completion of his heart's puzzle, and was a return of what humanity existed deep within. Yeah, he's a total dickwad, but he'd do anything for his brother, and having that kid in his arms when he damn well didn't deserve it meant a great deal to him. Again, he will never be able to fix what he did wrong, but he'll always have Mokuba at his side, and he has done better by him since then.
Worst Memory: There's a few of them, but none so potent as life under the tutelage of his adoptive father Gozaburo Kaiba in its entirety. Gozaburo was an abusive parental figure that instilled some pretty fucked up values in Kaiba. He hates it. He wants to forget it completely. He literally crafted an entire tournament not just to get three really rare cards, but to culminate in blowing up an entire island that stands as testament to his past with this guy. I don't think there's anything quite so effective as that for saying "I WANT TO KILL MY PAST", really.
Powers: HAHA lol. None, other than YELLING AT PEOPLE AND CONVINCING THEM OF THINGS. He is good at games, the best other than Yuugi at this point, and he has pretty good luck. That's as close to powers as Yu-Gi-Oh gets.
Arrival Choice: Accept, he'll be sacrificing the thumb of his left hand. It means a lot to him because he can't hold his cards without them. But his world's destruction is out of the question while Mokuba is in it.
Soul Weirdness?: About the only weirdness is he's a reincarnation of a dead priest, but it shouldn't be an issue. His soul is still complete and his own, Set is just a shadow of a fragment. No one is Seto Kaiba but Seto Kaiba.
